If my refund is verified, How and when will I be compensated?

The refund process begins after your returned product passes our quality inspection; This process takes up to 8 business days from the day we receive it. We will send you an email notification on the day we complete the quality inspection.
To get your money back faster, You can always request a bronz money back voucher if you would like to purchase more items. This option is indicated alongside other refund methods available to choose from when requesting a return online; Or during your call with our customer service team.

What is a redemption voucher?
A bronz redemption voucher is a return mechanism that equals the amount you spent to order an item. You can use the coupon to purchase any product on the bronz website. The redemption coupon is 180 days. You must use your voucher during this period. It can be used in multiple purchases until its balance reaches 0.

If the returned product is not verified for a refund, How can I report this?
If the return is invalid, We will contact you to explain the problem and arrange to send the item(s) back to you. Delivery will be completed within 3-5 days.
If the returned product does not comply with the conditions mentioned in the return policy on the site, It will be rejected and shipped back to you. If the delivery (return to you) fails due to unavailability or is rejected by you, It will be stored in our facility for 3 months. After that you can’t claim it.

You purchased an item under a promotion or using a coupon. How much will you refund me?
For items purchased on sale, The refund amount will be the exact amount paid, Not its original value.
For example: If you buy an item on sale for 20 Egyptian pounds and its original value is 40 Egyptian pounds, We will refund you 20 Egyptian pounds. This is the amount you paid.
